Hello everyone!
Made some great progress on the art today. The cartoon plays at 30 fps this time around so the animation will be more fluid. I've gathered a couple of jokes and situations together. The plot is still in development, but what's new. I made HALOMEN up as I went, just like all my other stuff. I mean, I had some script, but not enough to have a clear screenplay. But don't worry, I think this is going to be better than the first. The Arbiter is introduced, along with Marines, and I plan to have a lot of fun with both subjects. A due date has yet to be chosen. Only 40 seconds are done. I wasn't kidding when I said it was taking a while.
